Functional requires specificity, meaning, for something to be useful, it must be used; specificity in its simplest form. With your help i analyse your weaknesses and work on developing a program that targets those weak links in movement patterns. The target is to increase various fitness capacities and qualities, and make you better at doing things and staying safe and healthy.
